I called All About the Pipes to setup an appointment to take a look at a clogged disposal and toilet. Mark called me the morning of the appointment to inform me that he would be able to reach my home 30 minutes earlier than expected and if that was ok. Absolutely!
When Mark arrived he addressed the toilet clog first and was able to clear it within 5 minutes! He then took a look at the garbage disposal and was able to free the disposal and get it working again but the teeth on the blades were slightly damaged. At that point Mark informed that the disposal will still work or he could install a more powerful disposal. I opted for the new disposal. Mark had the replacement disposal right on his truck and installed it with no problem. I absolutely will use them for all of my future plumbing needs!
